The Dedeman staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good central location, which was great for seeing the wonderful city of Sanliurfa.

My friend, came to visit me while I was staying at the hotel and we were made to feel uncomfortable about this. In an international, five star hotel, I don't think this is fair or acceptable. We were made to pay extra for the room, which would never happen any where else.

It would be great if a few more of the staff spoke English - Hanifi was great assisting with all our queries but we had a few hilarious moments trying to order room service over the telephone.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially its location which is close to all the sights. It was so easy to walk to the Sanliurfa Archaeological museum and other outdoor activities. In addition, the hotel facilities were clean and the breakfast was optimal and rich. The staff was very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service for every request.

...the room had no wifi access (contrary to info provided during booking), the windows of the hotel were very dirty and there was an attempt to overcharge us. Plenty to be improved upon.

I was truly impressed by the exclusive amenities provided at this luxurious five, star hotel. the indoor swimming pool and Spa lounge were a delightful addition to my stay, providing an oasis of relaxation from the bustling city. the staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to cater to my every need. the room was spacious and well, appointed with plush bedding and a stunning view of the city. the restaurant offered a delectable array of dishes, satisfying even the most discerning palate.

The hotel was situated in a lively area, which provided excellent location advantages, but unfortunately, it also meant that the venue was noisy at times. the vibrations from the nearby public transportation were slightly bothersome during the night, disrupting my sleep.

The hotel's rooftop bar leaves a lot to be desired.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood offering a good night's sleep. the rooms are big and well designed with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, toiletries, hairdryer, and tea making facilities. the breakfast buffet has a good selection of fresh fruits, bakery, cheese, cereals, tea.

The hotel is located in a residential area far from the main attractions, making walking uncomfortable. the dinner ambiance was not impressive due to the large and scattered tables.

The room was spacious and had a cozy atmosphere with nice decor. The Christmas decorations created a pleasant festive mood. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Location-wise, it was easy to get around and explore the city.

The staff at the front desk were not welcoming and didn't seem interested in helping or answering our questions. The gym and pool were both closed during our stay and we were given no prior notice.
